Magitronic.com, magical games and gadget news, about Samsung beats Apple in Australia Tablet Market.
Samsung Electronics Co. is going to begin their sales its competitor to Apple Inc.’s iPad 2 in Australia market before holiday of Christmas after the country’s highest court refused the U.S. company’s bid to keep a restriction on Samsung Galaxy tablets.

Samsung Wins Approval for Australia Tablet
This rules update finally stopped the Apple’s effort during 4 months to keep the iPad’s biggest rival out of Australia on claims it infringes patents related to touch-screen technology. The facts are Apple and Samsung, the greatest smartphones manufactures and tablet computers, have “cold-war” each other on four continents. This is the situation since the Cupertino, California-based company accused the South Korean electronics maker in April of “slavishly copying” its products.
“While the win in Australia won’t give a big boost to Samsung’s revenue, it should be seen as symbolic,” Choi Do Yeon, an analyst at LIG Investment & Securities Co. in Seoul said in a phone interview. “Samsung suffered a blow to its image from earlier losses, but now they’re recovering.”
